High School

American Christian School offers strong college preparatory and general education programs. The core of our high school curriculum: students must complete four years of study in English, History, Bible, Math and Science.

Well-qualified instructors teach subjects from a Christian perspective, challenging the mind, heart and soul of ACS students. Learning is often discussion based, giving students meaningful interactions with classmates. The high school atmosphere is distinctively and purposely Christian; coursework is stimulating, challenging and rigorous.

Student Experiences

The high school experience is all about engaging the student. The heart, soul, mind and strengths of the students are engaged, developing a fuller love for God. ACS seeks to provide opportunities for our high school students to awaken and reinforce their God-given talents. Such opportunities include:

Academics

We believe that facts, whether scientific, mathematical or historical, can only present truth if they are taught in the context of a Christian worldview. The Christian worldview is the foundation of our high school curriculum, emphasizing the pursuit of truth and the exploration of real-life situations in a contemporary society while maintaining and achieving high academic standards.
