Admissions Process

At American Christian School, we are honored that you are considering partnering with us in your child’s education. Our admissions process is designed to provide families with a clear understanding of our mission, community, and academic standards before applying. We look forward to meeting you and sharing how ACS can support your child’s growth—academically, spiritually, and personally.

1. Inquire

Begin your journey by completing our Inquiry Form. This allows our Admissions Office to connect with you, answer your questions, and guide you through the next steps OR feel free to jump to scheduling a campus visit (see step 2).

2. Campus Visit

Families are invited to experience our school firsthand by scheduling an admissions meeting and campus tour.

3. Academic Assessment

Following your visit, we invite students to be evaluated through an Academic Assessment ($40 fee) and a review of report cards, transcripts, and any IEPs or educational support documents.

4. Acceptance or Denial

Once the admissions review is complete, families will receive a formal notification regarding acceptance or denial of admission.

5. Apply for Enrollment

Upon acceptance, families will receive a link to complete the Enrollment Application.

6. Enrollment in ACS

Your student’s placement at American Christian School will be confirmed once all enrollment documents and fees are submitted. Our staff will then guide you through the next steps to prepare for your child’s first day as part of the ACS community.

*Wait Pool Information

Please note that several classes—particularly within our elementary grades—are currently full and operating with wait pools.
Families are welcome to schedule an admissions meeting and tour even if a desired class is full. These meetings allow your child to be considered for placement within the wait pool.
