Department: Elementary School

Shannon has been married to Dominic Rizzo for 20 years. They have three children: Devyn, Trevor, and Jackson who have all attended ACS since Kindergarten. The Rizzo family also has an Australian Labradoodle named Rosie who is a therapy dog in training and visits ACS! Shannon is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Masters in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 15 years. Her family attends Mendham Hills Community Church. Shannon is committed to serving the students needs and considers it a privilege to serve God through ACS.

Debby graduated from Arcadia University with a BA in Elementary/Early Childhood Education. The McMullin’s are members of Ledgewood Baptist Church. Debby loves teaching children both academically and socially in a Christ centered environment. Debby is happily married to her husband Dan. They have three children; Daniel, TJ and Lianah. They also have 2 dogs named Mia and Bentley and 2 horses named Penny and Ghost.
