• Music Assistant:
  • The Assistant Choir Director supports the Choir Director in leading engaging and effective choral rehearsals for middle and high school students. This individual is knowledgeable in reading and interpreting choral music and is confident in teaching vocal parts, musicianship, and basic technique to adolescent singers.
  • Responsibilities include assisting during rehearsals, helping students learn and refine their vocal parts, and supporting overall ensemble development and performance preparation. The ability to play vocal parts on the piano for rehearsal purposes is required.
  • Piano accompaniment skills are highly valued but not required.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and passionate about developing students’ musical skills and love for choral music.
